Are pets allowed at Breez Villa?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We allow up to 2 pets per stay. There is a fee for each pet, which helps us keep the villa in top condition for all guests. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friends along.

Our game room is packed with fun! It includes a pool table, arcade games, smart tv and a selection of board games. It's the perfect spot for family-friendly competition or just unwinding after a day at the parks.
Does Breez Villa have a private pool?
Yes! Breez Villa features a private pool for your exclusive use. Whether you want to swim a few laps or just lounge by the water, our pool area is perfect for relaxation.
Is pool heating available, and how much does it cost?
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $35 per day. It’s a great option if you’re visiting during the cooler months and want to ensure the water is just the right temperature.
What is the payment policy?
To secure your reservation, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 90 days before your arrival.
If the arrival date is within 90 days from the day of booking, 100% payment is due at the time of booking.
What if I need to change my travel dates?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to adjust your dates, you can do so by contacting us at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new dates based on availability.
